ABOUT THE ARTISAN
Sandeep is a jewelry designer based in India. He works closely with tribal and traditional craftsmen to develop lines of jewelry that draw on their traditions and yet help them to reach a new and demanding world market. He traveled to the North-East Indian tribal areas to get inspirations from the old culture and came up with a new jewelry collection that is very simple yet very beautiful.

Sandeep has worked for many years to pioneer a style of jewelry that respects the shape of the stones he uses. Sandeep personally choses the stones, taken inspiration from them to work on their setting and had long conversations with craftspersons to produce a piece that is beautiful, clean and close to nature.
